30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of project initiation under the following conditions:
- You have provided clear project requirements and feedback
- We have been unable to produce designs that meet your stated objectives after the included revision rounds
- The request is made in writing within 30 days of the project start date
Refund Amounts
Refund amounts are calculated based on the stage of project completion:
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- More than 30 days have passed since project initiation
- Final deliverables have been accepted and delivered
- The client has failed to provide timely feedback or materials
- Changes in project direction or scope initiated by the client
- Dissatisfaction arising from changes requested after final approval
- Third-party costs already incurred (stock images, printing, etc.)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us in writing via email or mail within 30 days of project start
- Include your project name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or correspondence
- Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request
We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project before completion (separate from a refund request), please refer to our Terms and Conditions. Cancellation terms may differ from our refund policy, particularly for projects that have progressed significantly or involve third-party commitments.
Dispute Resolution
We believe in fair and transparent business practices. If you have concerns about your project that do not fall within our refund policy, we encourage you to discuss them with us. We are committed to finding solutions that work for both parties and maintaining positive client relationships.
